Payment
Once you’ve completed your online order you will receive an email confirmation regarding order details and payment instructions. If any details are incorrect or please contact us immediately at info@jemari.co.nz If you haven’t received your confirmation email after 24 hours, please email us and we will look into it for you.
We start to process an order as soon as the payment is received.
All online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders will not be dispatched Public Holidays, orders placed on these days will be sent out within 24 hours of the next business days. When your order has left us you will receive an email with a tracking reference (NZ shipping only). Please allow a couple of hours for this to register in the system before tracking it as information will not be available immediately.
Local Shipping within New Zealand
In the event of a return, delivery charges are non refundable.
International Shipping
In the event of a return, delivery charges are non refundable.
If do not live in Australia or New Zealand but wish to place an order, please send us an email to request a quote for shipping.
Please note that the charges for international shipping do not include any customs duties or taxes in your country which you may be required to pay when you receive the item.
Wholesale Enquiries & Pre Orders
Please contact us on info@jemari.co.nz if you would like to enquire about placing a wholesale order with us.
Pre orders will be shipped as soon as new stock arrive.
Returns
How do I return an item?
As soon as you decide you would like to return an item for exchange, please send us an email on info@jemari.co.nz . If we do not receive this email within the 7 day exchange time frame then we cannot accept your return.
Please include the following details in your email:
Name
Address
Telephone Number
Order Number
Reason for return.
To complete your return we also require a receipt of proof of purchase, or your emailed order confirmation.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will notify you via email if your item(s) has been accepted. In the event that the item you request for an exchange is not available we will inform you and notify you of a possible delay. If there is a lengthy delay you may choose to select a different item to replace your returned item with.
Every order is only eligible for 1 exchange transaction. Once one exchange has occurred for any particular order we cannot accept another exchange.
Please use a trackable shipping method when returning your items. We are not liable for the loss of the item being returned. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Refunds
Refunds will only be given for faulty/damaged merchandise.
We do not accept returns for the purpose of a refund.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
Sale Items
Please be aware that all sale items are considered ‘final sale’. Unfortunately no exchange or store credit will be offered on any sale items.
Faulty or Damaged items
In the unlikely event you receive an item from us that is not in perfect condition we will happily replace the item for you. We can only replace the item with the same style as the faulty item, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.
Please note that all Jemari’s products are handmade and as such there may be slight variations in colour, shape, texture, grain or otherwise. This is considered a unique feature of each individual piece and items cannot be returned for this reason.
